The Minam Store Food Truck is Thursday – Monday 9am – 5pm. Start your day off with a classic breakfast sandwich or one of our hearty jumbo-sized breakfast burritos. For lunch, try our house smoked pulled pork sandwich or tacos. Our menu also features the summertime staples: burgers, brats and a side of chips.
In the store we have a wide selection of cold beverages ranging from your favorite pop to 6 packs of local craft beers. Or if you need a pick me up, order your favorite iced or hot coffee at our espresso bar. For a sweet treat, don’t forget to check out our rotating flavors of ice cream and our fresh hand rolled waffle cones. We also keep a delicious selection of pastries locally made by the Pastry Cart in Wallowa Oregon.
