50% down payment is required to book a trip with final payment due 30 days prior to launch. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable to a later date. Minam Store Outfitters requires that all participants provide proof of travel protection coverage to participate in this trip. Participants may purchase this coverage from the provider of their choice. For your convenience, we offer Travelex Insurance Services, Inc (CA Agency License #0D10209) plans to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. If you feel that the covered reasons eligible under the Trip Cancellation benefit will not meet your needs, Cancel for Any Reason is an available upgrade on Travelex Travel Select. Minam Store Outfitters reserves the right to move any trip to a different river for safety due to extreme water conditions, forest fires, road closures, and/or acts of God. Minam Store Outfitters reserves the right to change partner wineries or chefs if scheduled winery or chef can not participate for any reason.
